LingoNavi Culture Connect (LNCC)

Welcome to LingoNavi Culture Connect (LNCC). By enrolling in and participating in our cultural exchange program, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Program Purpose

LNCC is designed to connect schools and classrooms worldwide through live cultural exchange sessions. The aim is to foster global friendships, cultural awareness, and mutual respect among students and educators.

2. Eligibility

• Participation is open to schools, teachers, and students with the consent of their institution and parents/guardians (for minors).
  
  

• Schools must provide accurate information during the enrollment process.
  
  

• Participation is subject to approval by LNCC.
  
  

3. Responsibilities of Schools and Teachers

• Ensure students have parental/guardian consent before participating.
  
  

• Supervise students during all live exchange sessions.
  
  

• Provide a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all interactions.
  
  

• Use the program for educational and cultural purposes only.
  
  

4. Code of Conduct

All participants agree to:

• Respect cultural differences, languages, and perspectives.
  
  

• Refrain from inappropriate, offensive, or discriminatory behavior.
  
  

• Maintain appropriate online etiquette during live sessions.
  
  

• Follow all school policies and local laws when participating.
  
  

LNCC reserves the right to suspend or remove any participant or school that violates this Code of Conduct.

5. Technology and Access

• Participating schools are responsible for providing internet access, devices, and equipment needed for live sessions.
  
  

• LNCC will recommend suitable platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet), but schools are responsible for ensuring compliance with their own IT policies.
  
  

• LNCC is not liable for technical issues, connectivity problems, or disruptions outside of its control.
  
  

6. Privacy and Data Protection

• LNCC values the privacy of all participants. Personal data provided through the enrollment form will be used solely for program administration.
  
  

• Schools must obtain parental consent for any student participation, including the sharing of photos, videos, or recordings where applicable.
  
  

• LNCC may use anonymized or group images (e.g., screenshots of sessions) for educational or promotional purposes, subject to prior consent.
  
  

7. Scheduling and Participation

• LNCC will coordinate schedules across time zones to the best of its ability.
  
  

• Schools must honor agreed schedules or notify LNCC promptly of changes.
  
  

• Sessions may be recorded for training, evaluation, or safeguarding purposes, with prior notice given.
  
  

8. Fees and Payments

• Participation fees, if any, will be clearly stated prior to enrollment.
  
  

• Payments must be made within the specified time frame.
  
  

• Refund policies will be communicated separately if applicable.
  
  

9. Limitation of Liability

• LNCC is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the program.
  
  

• Schools and teachers remain fully responsible for student safety and conduct during all sessions.
  
  

• LNCC provides the program on an “as available” basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
  
  

10. Amendments

LNCC reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participating schools in advance.
